Entry Period

Sweepstakes begins on October 6, 2025, at 8:00 AM EST and ends on November 2, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST ("Entry Period").

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of New Jersey and Pennsylvania that are 21 years or older as of the date of entry ("Entrant"). Participants may not be part of any exclusionary list. Plymouth Rock employees and their immediate relatives, and High Point or Palisades appointed and subproducer agents and their employees are not eligible to participate.

Entrants may only win one prize during the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Plymouth Rock Management Company of New Jersey ("Sponsor"), 581 Main Street, Suite 400, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or X (formerly, Twitter). You understand that you are providing your information to Plymouth Rock and not to Facebook, Instagram, or X.

How to Enter

During the Entry Period, the Entrant must visit the official entry page to complete an online electronic form. All Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data. An Entrant can submit only one entry per prize during the Entry Period.

Alternative Entry Method: To enter without using the Sweepstakes form, send your full name, name of the educational institution that you are currently working for or retired from (if applicable), and zip code to TeachersInsurance@plymouthrock.com. Email entries must include "Pick Your Own Prize Classroom Giveaway" as the subject. Email entries must arrive by 11:59 PM on November 2, 2025.

By providing your email address, you authorize Plymouth Rock to communicate with you regarding future promotional offers. You may opt out of this service at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" within future emails.

Winner Selection

Winners will be contacted by email within five (5) days of the prize drawings. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

The Sponsor is not responsible for, nor shall have any liability for the winners' failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall the Sponsor be liable for the winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If a prize is refused, a prize notification is returned or deemed undeliverable, a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, or the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be considered forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected via a random drawing.

General Conditions

Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware, or software, whether originating with the sender or Sponsor.

Receipt of the prize by the winners is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If the winners violate any of these Official Rules, the winners will be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion, and all privileges as a winner will be immediately terminated.

Release and Liability

By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, managed insurance companies, legal advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and web suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes.

Except where prohibited by law, participants consent to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, addresses, likenesses, and/or statements for advertising and promotion purposes in any and all media and/or social media platform now or hereafter known, without additional compensation or consideration.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute relating to the identity of any Entrant who submits an entry online via the Internet, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an email account shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
