Teachers' Insurance Plan ā New Jersey Hall of Fame Field Trip Grant Giveaway (2026/2027)
Sweepstakes begins on February 16, 2026, at 8:00 AM EST and ends on October 1, 2027, at 11:59 PM EST ("Entry Period"). Entrants may submit one (1) entry at any time during the Entry Period.

Each entry will be eligible only for the next scheduled Drawing occurring after the date the entry is submitted. Entries will not carry over to any subsequent Drawings.
Open only to employed teachers, administrators, or support staff of an accredited school, who are legal residents of New Jersey and are 21 years or older as of the date of entry ("Entrant"). Participants may not be part of any exclusionary list. Plymouth Rock employees and their immediate relatives, and High Point or Palisades appointed and subproducer agents and their employees are not eligible to participate.
Entrants may only win one (1) grant during the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Plymouth Rock Management Company of New Jersey ("Sponsor"), 581 Main Street, Suite 400, Woodbridge, NJ 07095.
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, or LinkedIn. You understand that you are providing your information to Plymouth Rock and not to Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, or LinkedIn.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
During the Entry Period, the Entrant must visit https://cloud.insurance.plymouthrock.com/fieldtripgrant to complete an online electronic form. All Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data. An Entrant may submit only one (1) entry during the Entry Period, which will be eligible solely for the next scheduled Drawing following submission of the entry.
To enter without using the online form, send your full name, the name of the educational institution that you are currently working for or retired from (if applicable), and zip code to TeachersInsurance@plymouthrock.com.
Email entries must include "New Jersey Hall of Fame Field Trip Grant Giveaway" as the subject.
By providing your email address, you authorize Plymouth Rock to communicate with you regarding future promotional offers. You may opt out at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" within future emails.
Six (6) grants will be awarded to six (6) winners. Each grant will consist of a $750 field trip credit to be used toward a field trip to the New Jersey Hall of Fame at American Dream. The grant will be applied as a credit to offset field trip-related expenses and will not be issued to individuals or personal accounts. The actual retail value of each prize is $750.
One (1) winner will be selected at random during each Drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Drawing. Winners will be contacted by email within five (5) days of the prize Drawings. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware, or software, whether originating with the sender or Sponsor.
If a prize is refused, a prize notification is returned or deemed undeliverable, a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, or the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be considered forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected via a random drawing.
The Sponsor is not responsible for, nor shall have any liability for the winners' failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email, nor shall the Sponsor be liable for the winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
Receipt of the prize by the winners is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If the winners violate any of these Official Rules, the winners will be disqualified at the Sponsor's sole discretion, and all privileges as a winner will be immediately terminated.
By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants (i) release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, managed insurance companies, legal advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and web suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death or property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, and (ii) except where prohibited by law, consent to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, addresses, likenesses, and/or statements for advertising and promotion purposes in any and all media and/or social media platform now or hereafter known, without additional compensation or consideration, or further notification, consent or permission.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason including but not limited to computer virus, bug, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or other technical problems, security, or other problems or activities. In the event of cancellation, the Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes in a random drawing from all entries received for the applicable drawing prior to the time of cancellation.
Each Entrant also releases Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death or property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
In the event of a dispute relating to the identity of any Entrant who submits an entry online via the Internet, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such an email account by the internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an email account shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, and the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.
Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor and its agent's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, submissions, and/or hometown and state for advertising, promotional and other purposes, in any manner, in any and all media, and/or social media platform, now and hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification, consent or permission.
For names of the Sweepstakes winners, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Teachers' Insurance Plan ā New Jersey Hall of Fame Field Trip Grant Giveaway Winner c/o Plymouth Rock Management Company of New Jersey, 581 Main Street, Suite 400, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Requests must be received by December 31, 2027.
