TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK GIVEAWAY 2025 —
Official Rules

ENTRY PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins on April 28, 2025, at 8:00 AM EST and ends on May 11, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of New Jersey and Pennsylvania that are 21 years or older as of the date of entry (“Entrant”). Participants may not be part of any exclusionary list. Plymouth Rock employees and their immediate relatives, and High Point or Palisades appointed and subproducer agents and their employees are not eligible to participate. Entrants may only win one prize during the Sweepstakes.

SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Plymouth Rock Management Company of New Jersey (“Sponsor”), 581 Main Street, Suite 400, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or X (formerly, Twitter). You understand that you are providing your information to Plymouth Rock and not to Facebook, Instagram, or X.

AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accept these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, the Entrant must visit this link to complete an online electronic form. All Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data. An Entrant can submit only one entry per prize during the Entry Period. To enter without using the Sweepstakes form, send your full name, name of the educational institution that you are currently working for or retired from (if applicable), and zip code to TeachersInsurance@plymouthrock.com mail entries must include “Teacher Appreciation Week Giveaway” as the subject. Email entries must arrive by 11:59 PM on May 11, 2025.  By providing your email address, you authorize Plymouth Rock to communicate with you regarding future promotional offers. You may opt out of this service at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” within future emails.

PRIZE AND WINNER SELECTION: Ten (10) prizes will be awarded to Ten (10) winners at the close of the Sweepstakes. The prizes consist of five (5) Dunkin or Starbucks gift cards and five (5) Amazon gift cards, based on the Entrant’s selection at the time of entry. The actual retail value of each prize is $125. Winners will be contacted by email within five (5) days of the prize drawings. All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. The Sponsor is not responsible for, nor shall have any liability for the winners’ failure to receive notices due to email security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email. Nor shall be Sponsor be liable for the winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware, or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. If a prize is refused, a prize notification is returned or deemed undeliverable, a winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, or the potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be considered forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected via a random drawing. Receipt of the prize by the winners is upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. If the winners violate any of these Official Rules, the winners will be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, and all privileges as a winner will be immediately terminated.

RELEASE: By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrants (i) release and hold harmless Sponsor, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, managed insurance companies, legal advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, and web suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death or property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, and (ii) except where prohibited by law, consent to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their names, addresses, likenesses, and/or statements for advertising and promotion purposes in any and all media and/or social media platform now or hereafter known, without additional compensation or consideration, or further notification, consent or permission. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel this Sweepstakes at any time, for any reason including but not limited to computer virus, bug, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or other technical problems, security, or other problems or activities. In the event of cancellation, the Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes in a random drawing from all entries received for the applicable drawing prior to the time of cancellation. Each Entrant also releases Facebook, Instagram, and X from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including, without limitation, personal injuries, death or property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

DISPUTES: In the event of a dispute relating to the identity of any Entrant who submits an entry online via the Internet, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such an email account by the internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an email account shall be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, and the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes.

PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstake constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor and its agent’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, submissions, and/or hometown and state for advertising, promotional and other purposes, in any manner, in any and all media, and/or social media platform, now and hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without further payment or consideration, notification, consent or permission. .

WINNERS LIST: For names of the Sweepstakes winners, mail a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Teachers’ Insurance Plan – Teacher Appreciation Week Giveaway Winner c/o Plymouth Rock Management Company of New Jersey, 581 Main Street, Suite 400 Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Requests must be received by May 19, 2025.
